Xterra World Championships 🌍 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️✨ What an experience! To race a world championship in my own backyard was truly special. 💛 All the feels. I’ve been back at this for 8 weeks now, with my coach @coachsonni … couldn’t be happier with the way my race unfolded. Finish time was 3:22. ….Next year, Watch. Out. 👀 👊🏽💗 Thank you @xterraplanet @xterraamericas @happyhikernm … You made this race a memory I’ll never forget. ❤️

Let’s give a warm welcome to the Road Trip Kerchief by @brianaarlene 💗💛🧶 This was a super fun stash-busting project. This design uses mosaic colorwork and features the option to create a buttonhole opening to wear around your neck or you can stick with tying it in a knot. I have actually worn mine both using a knot and also using the buttonhole opening. I’ve worn mine consistently before and during bike rides when it’s been chilly out. I’m wearing it today actually! (See stories) I used @thefarmersdaughterfibers Pishkun in Dumplin and @spincycle_yarns Dream State in Salty Dog. 🧶 Check out Ravelry project pages to see the other tester versions…. They’re all amazing! 🤩 I’m out for a soggy, muddy bike ride and run… 🚴🏽‍♀️ 🏃🏽‍♀️ Wishing you all a wonderful day! 💗 Happy Mindful Making 🧘🏽‍♀️

Shetland Shades by @gudrunjohnston ♥️✨ I share brief thoughts about this beautiful knitwear collection in this reel… a YouTube episode will be coming, eventually! I’ll share when that is posted. I am forever humbled to have been a small part of this project with Gudrun and @coloradoknitter … it’s so wonderful having friends who make things and are kind, genuine people. 💓 I hope you enjoy these initial impressions and Happy Mindful Making! 🧘🏽‍♀️🧶🧵

The Butter Vest by @dreareneeknits 💗🧶✨ I made a size three, knit to pattern, using confluence cotton by @thefarmersdaughterfibers in the colorway, Lulu. This was such a fun color I couldn’t help but go for it! I am also knitting a neutral version (in the third slide). All details are on my Ravelry Project page (link in bio)… be sure to look through the Ravelry project pages to see other tester versions. Testers chose the coolest colors and different yarns for this project and they all turned out so well! I’m wearing my Butter Vest with a pair of patchwork denim Oxbow jeans by @sewhouse7 … this is one of my favorite pants patterns, it fits really well. I made view A—it’s my favorite view, but there is a wide leg view as well! 🧵 Denim is from @ewefibers and @blackbirdfabrics My buttons are from my grandmother’s button stash. My mom gave me my grandmother’s button collection a few years ago and I love that I can pull from it from time to time to finish makes. 💗 Wishing you peace and comfort wherever you are today… keep showing up for yourself! ✌🏽♥️ Happy Mindful Making! #dowhatyoulove #create
